1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Omnii Consulting's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Services

Omnii Consulting provides AI and IT consulting services, including but not limited to AI strategy implementation, IT infrastructure consulting, and digital transformation services.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
  • Cooperate with our team throughout the engagement
  • Make timely payments as agreed upon in the service contract
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary methodologies shared during engagement

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property developed specifically for the client during the engagement will be owned by the client. Omnii Consulting retains ownership of its proprietary methodologies, tools, and general knowledge.

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and will not disclose any confidential information without prior written consent, except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

Omnii Consulting's liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific services that gave rise to the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due and payable.
